Don, a leading entrepreneur, founded STEINER INNOVATIONS in 2012. His mission is to develop and bring to the market products at a low cost that aims to improve consumers’ standard of living. He has built the company on core values that serve the client first with goals to deliver original ideas and real products. His inspiration comes from the precious time spent with his growing family. Don is also the President of Profit Recovery Partners (PRP), a business management consulting firm in Orange County that he founded in 1997.
Don has managed the growth of PRP and expanded its impressive base of clients to include FORTUNE 1000 clients and an assortment of middle-market companies. Before starting PRP, Don spent more than a decade in the office equipment industry. Don held sales management and executive positions at FKM Copier Products, where he was instrumental in growing revenues. Earlier, he worked for Canon USA in a variety of sales roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
CEO of Element-Y, Scott has successfully built a track record in growing market-leading companies. The Element-Y product was invented using composite building technology for the primary purpose of providing life-saving shelters. In addition, Scott also is currently heading up the Irvine, California iFranchise office and specializes in implementing rapid growth strategies for a wide range of companies, including leading international projects for companies like Twentieth Century Fox, West Marine and Tyco.
In addition to his extensive consulting experience, Mr. Jewett holds numerous US Patents, has been a panelist on U.S. government technical meetings, conducted R&D for the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Naval Research Center and was the founder of several other companies.
Business expansion strategies come naturally, as proven by Mr. Jewett’s licensed expansion of LINE-X, an industrial coatings company and once one of the fastest-growing franchise systems in North America. Taken from start up to over $160 million sales throughout 23 international markets, winning numerous awards, including placing 56 in the Entrepreneur 500 and being named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s “20 fastest growing” four years in a row, LINE-X was named “Best New Franchise” for five years. Awards included growth, management and operational excellence by Frost and Sullivan, SEMA and a host of other organizations.
Scott currently resides in Mission Viejo with his family. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from San Diego State University.
Mr. Steiner brings over fifty five years of engineering experience to the company. In the last twenty years he has been a reliability consultant for a number of aircraft programs and most recently on the Gulf Stream 150 aircraft. He is a recipient of the prestigious U.S. Navy Material Command Award for introducing successful innovative Reliability and Maintainability management techniques on the S-3A and P3-C military aircraft. He is also a recipient of a patent and has recently written three copyrighted software programs for Bridge Groups that are used nationally.
Richard currently resides with his wife in Arroyo Grande, California. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
Sues comprehensive background in financial accounting began when she graduated in the late 70’s from California State University at Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation, she worked at the international accounting firm of Arthur Young & Co., and then as a Controller for a private mid-size consulting business in Orange County, California. In 1995 Sue began her career at Capata CPA in Laguna Niguel, California where she assists numerous small businesses and individuals with their tax and accounting needs. Sue is a long-time resident of Orange County and in her spare time enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
With over 35 years of management and operational experience, Gary most recently held the position of Director at Profit Recovery Partners (PRP), a business management consulting firm in Orange County, California, where his primary role was work product modification and previously identifying/implementing cost savings programs and strategic sourcing for his client base.
Prior to PRP, Gary served as President for Priority Title Company in Southern California; his role directing growth strategy for the company and as Chairman playing advocate liaison for the First American Co., Priority Title and real estate broker shareholders interest. Before Priority Title, Gary served as A.V.P. for First American Title Company, in Southern California and in earlier positions there as Chief Title Engineer, Plant Manager, including Operations and Facilities Management.
Gary is a proud grandfather and father of three, who all reside in Southern California.
