At Steiner Innovations (“SI”) we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the unused item to us along with your proof of purchase for a replacement or full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you attempt to return used items or items that do not meet the conditions of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee they will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
Returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. SI strongly recommends that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. SI is not responsible for packages lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SI’s guarantee does not cover wear and tear, spillage or damage caused by use, misuse or accidents.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
• Include a copy of your proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved by SI, your replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be processed and is typically applied to the credit card or other original method of payment used to purchase the item within thirty (30) days. If you haven’t received a refund after forty (40) days, please contact the credit card company or other payment facilitator that you used to complete your purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have taken all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
SI reserves the right to provide a refund rather than an item in exchange at its sole discretion.
A Special Note About Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, SI will send any refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will learn of your return of the item.
